Our guys finished up some targeted upgrades for this customer.
There was a wet natural area coming off the boat dock. We remedied this with a 4′ x 25′ River Street Lafitt paver sidewalk. But it is the pool area where our guys really did some special work.
The pool area originally had a planting bed at the base of the step-down from the back patio. We converted this to a River Street Lafitt paver sun and lounge area, together with a 13.5′ x 15′ River Street Lafitt paver patio at the end.
We added some hat and up type lighting around the house and the boat house, and also audited the requirements of the lighting system and irrigation.
