“Upgrades” doesn’t come close to capturing what our guys accomplished for this customer: garden bed and plant installations; landscape lighting; automated comprehensive irrigation system; Zoysia sod; and hardscape paver walkways, curbing, and retaining walls. All in a days work for our crews! Well, actually a few months work, but you get the drift.
We have no photos of the Rainbird ESP 9 zone irrigation system providing automated coverage to all turf areas and ornamental plant material – it is all underground, of course. But we have plenty of the rest of the project. Click on any photo for a closer look.
After grading, tilling, and spreading 60 cy of topsoil, 800 lbs. of pelletized lime, and 200 lbs. of starter fertilizer, we laid down some 16,000 sf of Compadre Zoysia sod.

Replacing the existing wood connecting the deck to the boathouse, we installed this 60′ long Techo-Bloc Champlain Grey Slate textured Eva pave sidewalk with dark grey accent border. We used those same pavers to connect the front porch to the parking area.
The steps easing the slope to the dock are Techo-Bloc Riviera Rocka material, flanked at the dock by Techo-Bloc Champlain Grey Mini-Creta wing walls.

These are hat style LED low voltage path lights, providing nighttime safety and accent lighting for the paver sidewalk and steps.

There was an existing timber border separating the parking from the lawn area. We replaced it with 98′ of Techo-Bloc Dark Grey Brandon stone curbing.

This 120′ long Techo-Bloc Champlain Grey Mini-Creta retaining wall shores up the Lake-side lawn, buttressed by some 40 tons of rip-rap.

We created these garden beds along the front foundation and Lakeside with cubic yards of planting soil, and installed a wealth of plant material. You can see a Nellie Stevens Holly, Vintage Jade Distyllium, ‘Jazz Hands’ Dwarf Burgundy Lorepetalum, Osmanthus Fragrans, Moonlight Lace Viburnum, Camellia Sasanqua, a Red Japanese Maple … and more!
We covered the beds with the ever-popular dark walnut shredded mulch.

What can we say? Our crews are simply indefatigable – great work, Guys!
