Another recent project combining sod & plant installation with stone paver work.
We begin with the Zeon Zoysia sod, which is literally an Olympic class grass – it was the official golf course grass for the 2016 games in Rio, Brazil. And no wonder; this is an extremely durable grass which thrives in a range of climates. It also has a high disease and insect resistance; takes full sun, but is tolerant of partial shade; requires less fertilization; and is drought tolerant.

More than a 150 plants and bushes were installed, predominantly around the foundation.

But also in a newly constructed garden bed.

The parking area got some needed grading and River Street Laffit stone pavers with Slate Grey borders.

And finally, our guys installed a 154′ long ground gutter of washed river rock and a buried 4′ slotted corrugated pipe.
