When in doubt, call an Eagle Scout!
Braden Marshall recently completed his Eagle Scout project along the banks of the Roanoke River, with stunning results. Here is the portion of the Canal Trail in Roanoke Rapids he was determined to clean up:
You can’t even see the Roanoke River at this point on the Trail. But now take a look after getting the Braden Marshall treatment:
As Braden put it, “Completing my Eagle project was very rewarding, not only for me, but for the community.” As members of the community, we second that sentiment.
