You are just in time to get in on the ground floor of a complete landscaping project. This new home is finished, and now it is up to us to do something with a yard full of red clay. This project entails grading, new sod, specimen trees and foundation shrubs, together with guttering, an irrigation system, and low voltage night lighting.
Here is a preliminary plan prepared a few months back showing the specifications and range of the installations contemplated.
