Lake property owners love their homes. And the surest sign of that is their willingness to invest in improvements and upgrades to a property that is already beautiful. Here’s an example.
We have delivered landscape services to this property for multiple owners over more than five years. Take a look at what’s happened from 2020 to 2025.

And now, after a recently completed Ben’s Creek project, here it is one year later.
We installed a 30′ x 24′ Techo-Bloc Chestnut Brown Eva paver parking area, supported by a Techo-Bloc Sandlewood Mini Creta retaining wall to level the slope.
There was an existing concrete walkway crossing the front foundation connecting the driveway to the front door. We replaced that with Belgard Smokey Mountain Mega-Arbel pavers.
This new walkway matched existing Smokey Mountain pavers we installed in 2022 that circled the plant bed and connected to the pool patio complex at the rear of the house.
The pool patio was done by others sometime around 2022.
On the other side of the patio retaining wall is a maintenance area, with garden plantings, fresh mulch, and rip-rap to contain and divert water flows away from the patio.
Over the years we have installed a lot of plants on this property, and this year was no exception. We also pruned and cleaned up the existing plant beds and brought in fresh mulch.
