Our crews have just finished up on some targeted upgrades to a beautiful Lake home. As the title says, we installed a new stone paver patio, sod, lighting, and new garden beds.
But first, here are some photos before our guys got to work.
First up, the Tifway Bermuda sod.
The patio comprises Champlain Grey Eva pavers with a dark grey accent border. It is supported by a Champlain Grey Brandon retaining wall that is topped with a matching stone sitting wall with onyx black bullnose coping.
The lighting is not easily seen. Our guys installed wall wash lights and three strategically located bullet style uplights.
Last but not least, the garden beds.
We did some fine grading, brought in fresh topsoil, and installed an October Glory Red Maple, Taylor’s Rudolph Dwarf Yaupons Vintage Jade Distyllium, Sunshine Ligustrum, among others. We finished it all off with contrastive Dark Walnut Shredded Mulch.
