Let’s take a break from the summer heat and look at one of our Spring upgrades.
This project involved new sod, clean up of garden beds, fresh mulch, paver & pea gravel walkways, and a swale reinforced with fabric-lined rip-rap.
But first, here’s what we started with:

We used Dark Walnut shredded mulch, which contrasts nicely with the grass, beds, and trees. The new sod is the ever-popular Fescue.
The pea gravel walkway and rip-rap we installed cleaned up a messy area beside the deck.
We replaced this wooden walkway connection to the boathouse with a Champlain Grey paver walkway.
