As promised in our previous post, That’s Progress – Two Installations, we bring you the final photos of this Lakeside project.
If you recall, part of this project called for us to re-plant trees on a slope that had been previously cleared. Here are some photos from before, in process, and after our installation work. We installed nearly a dozen full-grown trees, including Nuttal Red Oaks, Red Sunset Maples, and Pink Pom Redbuds.

We also installed a lengthy paver walkway, traversing a steep and uneven topography from the boathouse to the house. This involved load-bearing retaining walls and some 17 or more stone slab steps to manage the slope.
As explained in our previous post, the walkway is Champlain Grey/Onyx Black Blu 60 pavers with a dark grey accent border, and the retaining walls are Champlain Grey Mini Creta blocks.
