Wow.
The homeowner brought us in to install a customized landscape plan to complement this gorgeous new home built by David Williams of Williams Custom Builders. Our work involved lawn installation, walkways, patios, foundation plantings, boundary trees and shrubs, and more!
Here’s a before and after shot of the landscape, from close to the end of construction to today.
Let’s take a 360-degree walk around the house.
All walkways and patios are Techo Bloc Eva Champlain Grey pavers with Slate Grey borders. Along the foundation you see Vintage Jade Distyllium, Cleyera, Drift Rose, Dwarf Burgundy Loropetalum; and at each corner of the front we installed specimen Nellie R. Stevens Hollies.

More Nellie Stevens Hollies went in from the driveway to and along the property boundary, together with a Redbud and Green Giant arborvitaes.
Heading down towards the Lake our walkway passes by a striking stone wall that we’d like to take credit for, but it was by David Williams as part of his home-building package.
The Lakefront features a small grilling patio off the lower porch, a firepit patio, and a connecting walkway to the boathouse.
In addition to the lawn installation, we brought in plenty of mulch and stone rip-rap.
Completing our tour, here is a maple tree and foundation plantings with a line of Green Giant arborvitaes along the boundary.
