This is a Techo-Bloc Sandlewood Eva textured top paver patio with dark grey borders. The skill of our crews is exhibited in what you cannot see: one portion was installed on top of an existing concrete patio under the deck, while the base of the other is compacted gravel extending out into the yard. And yet, the “two” patios fit together seamlessly.

Of note, the patio was customized to follow the contours of the existing plant beds and then a bit of flair was added, a flowing S-curve at the lawn’s edge.
Finishing details included using excavated soils to blend the grade from the lakeside edge of the patio and Zenith Zoysia sod installed to cover the disturbed area. Drainage catch basins and existing irrigation heads were relocated to account for new water flows from the patio and the new turf design.
All of this work was for an existing customer. We were privileged to help him when he came to this area in 2019, installing this lakeside lawn and the fire pit patio, among other things.
