Ever hear of a golf cart patio? Now you have. There’s one going up on your Lake as we speak.
This is a project that connects the main boathouse on one side of the lakeside yard to a secondary boathouse on the opposite side.
The connecting link is a stone paver golf cart path, originating at the main boathouse in a patio/turnaround area and ending at another patio above the secondary boathouse.
This entails at least three retaining walls supporting the stone structures. Two parallel the golf cart path on the upper and lower sides; and then a third wall will support the patio at the secondary boathouse.

For those of you keeping track, the pavers are Techo Bloc Eva Champlain Grey and the retaining walls are composed of Belgard Shelby Ashlar Tandem.
Construction has started on the second patio. As usual, our top guys, Keith Harvey and Brock Lilly, are giving it their personal attention.
