I believe I can safely say that we are all getting a little tired of the recent heat wave. But you know what does like heat?
Crape myrtles! When the high heat of summer kicks in, crape myrtles flourish and pop out their distinctive colorful blooms. Case in point: the crape myrtles lining the streets of downtown Littleton.

It is especially gratifying to see this display since we donated these crape myrtles to Littleton more than 10 years ago. It comprised more than 60 trees, including such high-quality cultivars as Tonto, Sioux, and Acoma crapes. They came from our nursery out Route 4, where we had been growing and nurturing them for upwards of 4 or 5 years.
The photos above are Tonto crape myrtles. These next are Sioux and Acoma crapes, known for their vibrant pink and white blooms, respectively.

Alas, the nursery is no longer with us, but we can recommend and source just about any tree, shrub, or flower you might need. So what are you waiting for? Contact us!
