Nothing says Merry Christmas like a Ben’s Creek Christmas Party.
We gathered at Watersview Restaurant on the banks of Lake Gaston for a celebration of the season of our Lord’s birth. Robert and Treva Neville hosted the affair and did not hold back. The location was elegant, the service was impeccable, the food was excellent, and the company – that’s what made it all the more special, Ben’s Creek’s managers and employees, many with their families in attendance.
The spirit of Christmas reigned – nothing but happiness and good cheer from all. But enough of that. We have a lot of photos to get through, so let’s go …
There were various awards given out. This one was given to Jose Umar Garcia for his 10 years of dedicated service to Ben’s Creek.
Tom Tillett (wearing cost-effective Ben’s Creek swag) and Keith Harvey were recognized for 17 and 15 years of service, respectively.
Mike Hayward received the Employee of the Year award for the Maintenance Division and Jose Umar Garcia was recognized as the Employee of the Year for the Installation Division.
And finally, Jarvis Garner received the well-deserved Team Player of the Year award.
The formalities completed, everyone settled back into the party.
Did someone say the food was excellent? Yes, it was …
But the food, as good as it was, did not slow down the party. Here are some of the happy couples that attended the festivities.
