.. and gets in a little golf in the process!
The weather was perfect when Ben’s Creek sponsored and participated in a couple of recent charity events, the Hopper Heritage Foundation and Ryan Barrett Memorial Foundation Golf Tournaments.
Our man Keith Harvey and his fiancee Susan Suiter were our sponsored participants at Deep Springs Country Club.
As the gallery watched in awe, Susan never hesitated to pull out the big club on every drive.
For an additional contribution, Keith and Susan took the opportunity to memorialize some very special people in their lives who have passed away, Keith’s parents and Susan’s former husband.

… the Ben’s Creek A-Team, sponsored and coached by Robert Neville, took to the links. From left to right we have Carson Brown, Brock “Pipeline” Lilly, Robert Neville, Kenneth Christy, and Sam Lilly.
The unofficial word is that our guys played valiantly but lost by two shots to the winners. Further clouding the record, there appears to be significant disagreement as to who, exactly, missed those two shots.
But nevertheless, a good time was had by all. Ben’s Creek was pleased to contribute to these two worthy causes, and thanks to everyone for their participation!
